These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 99xo4 platform and all its services. By accessing the site or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to each provision of these Terms.

99xo4 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳28,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.

Wagering Requirement: A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Each account may benefit from each promotion only once.
• Bonuses have a set validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• 99xo4 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.

Cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games and crash games are available at 99xo4. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a connection is lost during a game session, the system will complete the session automatically and winnings or wagers will be settled accordingly.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will generally be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Displayed odds may change at any time; the odds at the time a bet is confirmed shall be considered final.
• If a technical error in the game software produces an abnormal result, 99xo4 reserves the right to void the round in question.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99xo4 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to process funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts or providing false information.
• Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials with another person or selling an account.
• Manipulation: Using any software, bot or automated tool to influence game outcomes.
• Fraudulent Payments: Providing false payment information or committing chargeback fraud.
• Underage Registration: Account creation by any person under the age of 21.
